The beginners classes are always different and challenging, but they always respect each ones rhythm and progress. It is suitable for everyone, even if you have not practise anything similar before.
The beginners classes comprise four techniques destined to strengthen the biological structure, improve concentration and learn to manage stress levels, these are:
- Physical positions to increase
articular flexibility, muscular tone & elasticity, and enhance vitality
- Breathing exercises to maximize lung capacity, energy levels, and focus
- Relaxation technique to enable management of stress levels, improving emotional balance, concentration and intellectual performance
- Compression of plexuses and glands to promote stimulation
of the internal organs, while also acting upon plexus and glands
A regular class lasts about an hour.Since we are sure our practitioners will be satisfied with our method, we guarantee the return of their first month’s membership if he or she is unsatisfied and wish to have their payment returned. The guarantee is valid until the end of the first month of practice and is conditional upon the practitioner attending all the practices agreed on enrollment.
