The techniques of the DeRose Method are the inheritance of an ancient tradition that originated more than 5000 years ago. Since the 1960s the DeRose Method has consolidated ongoing research to retrieve the original character of these techniques.

We follow the most ancient roots. The classes are always different and challenging, but always respect each ones rhythm and progress. It is suitable for beginners, even if you have not practise anything similar before.
